Calendar-free scribbles

seasonal specialsThis blog post is a part of www.flscinterns.wordpress.com

You know how I write these blog posts? I look at my calendar and check for the things that have happened in between posts. Then I make a list. Then I elaborate on it. Taadddaa, here’s a blog post!

I always write about the things that have happened. There is more to it than that, though. And probably you don’t want to know about every single meeting I go to, anyway (seriously, who would?!).

So this time I will only pick out a few things to tell you about rather than about all the daily things that I do (eg.social media, events, newsletter, etc). The feeling of uncertainly is also creeping up on me, as the end of the internship approaches. But we’ll dwell on that next time.

So, last week I went to an enterprise education conference. It was a wonderful experience and you can read more about on a separate post (I am chatty). Have to admit, I was a bit sceptical about enterprise education for non-business students until I got this job, but it has definitely changed. I guess it all depends on what your definition on “enterprise” was.

I also got interviewed for the new staff magazine Met Connect about the internship scheme. The magazine will come out early June, so until then you will have to take my word for it.

PS. If you have free time, you should certainly see Alexander McQueen exhibition “Savage Beauty”. Mind blowing. Seriously.
